The kob (Kobus kob) is an antelope found across sub-Saharan Africa
The northern section of Murchison Falls national park where these were seen, contains savanna and borassus palms, acacia trees and riverine woodland.
Impala is only found in S Uganda, so this beast from Murchison has to be a kob.
