Description:

Senecio rowleyanus, commonly called string-of-pearls or string-of-beads, is a flowering plant in the family Asteraceae. It is native to southwest Africa. S. rowleyanus grows long, trailing stems of spherical leaves. The flowers are pale and brushlike. It is cultivated indoors as an ornamental plant for hanging baskets. The fleshy leaves are poisonous and should not be consumed. -Wikipedia

Senecio rowleyanus :) I rememer my mothe having one...

I had that beautiful succulent in my garden in Seal Beach, California, I do not think is from USA, it was called "String of pearls" I do not recall the scientific name.... : (
