Description:

This is one of the strangest flowers I've ever seen. The flower itself resembles a coil about to unwind (like the edge of a fern), but actually that's is not the case. I found them in a shallow marsh, the roots were completely under water (although I can't afirm that that happens all the time, because the pictures were taken after two rainy days). Anyone knows something about it?
