Hello. I really wonder whether this is a centipede (even though the link says so, but without offering any taxonomic group or scientific name). See this link http://www.flickriver.com/photos/artour_... and this one http://www.flickr.com/photos/31137609@N0... and this one http://www.flickr.com/photos/rainforests..., from Sabah which give the group name Polydesmida, the flat-backed millipedes (like your other spotting). Information on general identifying characteristics of all millipedes can be found here http://palaeo.gly.bris.ac.uk/Palaeofiles.... Compare with images of (other) centipedes which look very different (fangs, antennae and one leg per segment, for example).
