I think this is Iphiclides podalirius feisthamelii or according to some scientists Iphiclides feisthamelii. Fauna Europaea, one of the key reference for European species has it as Iphiclides podalirius feisthamelii:

Iphiclides feisthamelii usually has stronger markings and slightly brighter colors than Iphiclides podalirius
Geographical range would be important in this case. In Portugal Iphiclides podalirius is replaced by Iphiclides feisthamelii.
I suggest that we even take both species names in the scientific field, so Iphiclides podalirius feisthamelii or Iphiclides feisthamelii.
What do you think, Daniele? Your suggestion is not wrong, however, with both species around in Iberia, I think my slightly adapted suggestion would help to avoid confusion between the two species and the separated range.
