The first image isn't as sharp as I would like but probably because it is heavily cropped - unfortunately I only managed a couple of shots before it moved on!

No problem! I have removed this spotting from the mission & when I get a chance I will also remove all my butterflies, moths, bees & other pollinators too!

You're right Karen! And there is also spottings from around the world, but we're already working on that! Even the admin is considering adding NYC to the title as you said. We apologize for the inconvenience :(

Thanks for pointing this out Carolina! This was one of the first missions I joined when I first started using Project Noah as it came up as a 'local mission'. I realize I should have read the mission statement more carefully but I see from the various spottings that have been submitted for this mission that I was not alone in thinking this a US wide initiative for all pollinators, not just bees. There appear to be many spotting from around the US & lots of butterflies & moths. Perhaps if the mission was titled 'the great pollinator project - bees of NYC' this might help to ensure that the spottings that are added are relevant!

Hi Karen! Beautiful bee! I see you have submitted it to the Great Pollinator Project mission, but unfortunately this mission is only for the NYC area :)
