Thin blue-green cacti that look like mickey mouse!
Spotted in Frontierland by Big Thunder Mountain at Disneyland, Anaheim.
Your's look a bit wider than these, so possibly a different species, but they definitely look like mickey mouse! Mine was spotted at Disneyland, so thats the main reason I thought of it. :)
