Description:

They live in rain forests, dry forests, old secondary forest and scrubland of bamboo. They feed on foliage and seeds of a variety of plants (seed dispersers are excellent) and "guanacos" (Enterolobium cyclocarpum), "yolillo" (Raphia taedigera).
