Description:

about 1m long black skinned deep sea fish, fished around Madeira with long ropes with hookes on them. the white flesh is very tasty, no fish bones. it is a typical dish in Madeira: deep fried espada with banana and maracuja These pics were taken at the fish market in Funchal (if u r there please visit it), where everybody was shouting out loud how good and fresh the fishes were.
