Need help withscientific name
ok and thank you:)
Tiffany, that's no problem. I understand you're just figuring out the site. Since you have 2 different species here, you could split them into 2 separate spottings. I'm not sure which the blue and pink ones are. If you have any questions or need help, just let me know. Welcome to Project Noah.
yes..... my mistake there are two different trees here..... As you can tell I am an amature.... So the red ones may be huckleberry? These were taken about a month ago at Grayson Highlands State park va so I will not be able to take any more pics. What about the blue and pink one?
I have to agree, it looks like it's a wild Huckleberry.
looks almost like a form of Salal or Huckleberry ..... can't tell from the picture. can you post a pic of the leaves and a close up fo the ripe fruit?
I don't think those are blueberries Tiffany. They are more of a smaller shrub. Also it looks like you might have 2 different trees here by the shape of the leaves. Is that possible?
Are these blueberries
Thank you:) I look foward to everything on here:) Site looks really great!
