The ferny looking thing in the foreground is likely to be yarrow, Achilles milfoleum or milfoil

There is a lot going on in this photo. The dead dark brown in the near centre is a fern dying back. I see what looks like maybe Iris leaves in the upper right and maybe some wild carrots throughout. I can see you are a new spotter and I want to welcome you to Project Noah. It would be great in the future if you could focus more on a specific organism for your future spottings. This will help a lot to get an accurate ID.
