It's definitely a Eurphorbia, maybe E.peplus. Be careful with the sap from Euphorbiaceae. It's toxic and can cause a nasty rash on the skin.

could be petty spurge? or a type of upright weedy spurge. if you break the stem and it has milky sap, its in the euphorbiaceae family
