American Robin

Turdus migratorius

Description:

Robin's nest and 3 eggs. We didn't get back to see them fledge, but we know they did as there were only broken shells when we returned to check on them. As you can see from the other picture, the nest was built in an ingenious place!

Notes:

This was found on the Chase-Falkland Road between Chase BC and Falkland BC.
