this is the female of Erythemis attala, Odonata, family Libellulidae. The female is brown while the male is black.

Habitat:

The natural reserve Ribera Norte, is a riverside forest, The Paranà forest is a kind of forest that develops along the Delta of Parana and extends to the River Plate shore in Buenos Aires. Nowadays only patches remain of this forest.
