Based on size and squared tail, I'd call this a Sharp-shinned Hawk.
Looks like one of the accipiters but whether it's Sharp-shinned, or Cooper's I'm not sure. Both of them prefer more wooded areas, but they're not strangers to picking song-birds off of feeders or bird-baths in residential areas.
Looks like a falcon of some type.
