Spotting

Description:

Had sighted this bug in eastern India, last year. They were everywhere, it was an outbreak of sorts. They were omnipresent. But they eventually ended up on 'katal' (jackfruit) trees, sticking to the tree trunk like ticks. Now, I have spotted them in Delhi, at same time of year and in same numbers. They are similar to the bug at http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/764... as was suggested by Mirtinl, except the red margin on the body.
