ALL species in the Tricolor Series have yellow in the throat...This doesn't,so, it is not Ipomoea tricolor,nor anything closely related to Ipomoea tricolor...

The corolla is a ringer for Ipomoea hederacea and Ipomoea tricolor always has yellow in the tube and this does not...
