This looks a lot like the hornbill family that stays nearby, but I wonder if this is an immature adult or another specie I don't know of.

Thanks for the ID Sukanya. I guess it is a baby or young adult, because there is another full grown pair near the tree and they were much larger.

This is a Grey Hornbill.Ocyceros birostris
Quite common in Delhi and up North.
