A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
An atypical unidentified white plant growing wild among cultivated ornamentals. A normal plant (green) of the same species is seen growing in close proximity in the 3rd and fourth photos.
Growing in a flowerbed on the boundary of a disturbed patch of remnant lowland equatorial forest.
Another photo added from 29 December 2011 (the 5th/last photo) 11 days after the spotting was submitted, implies that this "rare color morph" (deficient chlorophyll?) just may not have been the most successful "adaptation" for survival.

I'm not sure about the plant species but nice find!
