Looks like a rose to me...we call it desi (indigenous or native) gulab ( rose) in India. Not too many whorls of petals but pleasantly perfumed.

I don't know what kind of flower this is but you can see where it is on the map shown. Sorry.. But on the bright side other spotters can tell you!
