Xylocopa tabaniformis parkinsoniae
Small black and yellow bee.
Feeding on wild sunflower.
I added the bugguide reference because a possible i.d. of Anthidium was given.
Ive found one of these, the only difference between the regular Xylocopa tabaniformis, and Xylocopa tabaniformis parkinsoniae is that Xylocopa tabaniformis parkinsoniae has blue eyes, and is a common native to Texas :)
