Really i'm not sure if they are edible, i've never heard about eating these ones, and are a little diferent than the Oyster mushrooms i've seen... And thaks for the ID Clive

They sure look like oyster mushrooms, and oyster mushrooms are very good to eat! Pleurotus ostreatus is what we have in the US; not really sure if it's the same in Costa Rica.
