Habitat:

Jalapeno pepper leaf in backyard.

Notes:

Submitted to BugGuide for ID but they can only guess Liriomyza due to the poor photos.

Cindy !!its only Jan , the rest of the year is still to come ,,sooo many spottings .keep some for the rest of the year !lol
