Agrocybe semiorbicularis
The mushroom I found was just over 1 inch in diameter. The stalk looked to be just under one inch tall at this point. It is white with tan/brown on the outer edges and center.
Research tells me that is is usually found in lawns or grassy areas and usually grows in spring and fall.
I found this mushroom in my front yard this morning its common name is referred to as Hemispheric Agrocybe.
