Description:

Spotted-necked Dove is a large size dove with many black spots on their neck. I think its size is as big as partridge. They have red legs and loud voice. This dove commonly live in group and make very simple nest. I used to see their nest near my bedroom's window. It has two eggs.

Habitat:

Originally found in India, Thailand, China, and other South-east Asia country. I take this picture during riding my bicycle to school in the morning.

I'm 99.999999% certain you can find English language information about this bird out there on the internet. ;)

I translated from Thai language link and use some science dictionary online to find the proper name. I don't sure that you could read but here http://www.nokkhao.com/smf/index.php?top...

For the scientific name, you only need the Genus and species (and any subspecies names, if necessary). :)

For the extra credit, you should include a link to where you got your information from. Also, you can put your own information about where you saw it and your impressions in the "Notes" section. :)
