Rhesus macaque

Macaca mulatta

Notes:

these monkeys are quite bold and naughty. used to being fed by humans, they sometimes snatch food and other packages from random people, specially from children and women.

sure, its all in the body language.. :) but just be careful, their bite requires same injection as does a dog's bite. (anti-rabies) quite expensive and painful too. ;)

LOL ..... ley me share an experience. I always feed birds up there on my terrace. one day, two of these came up all of a sudden, and I stood in attention position I was so damn scared. They took all the bird food. :P I will surely keep your advice in mind, in case any such incident happens ever again. :P

thanks arushi... if you want to take their clicks, few things to keep in mind... don't look into their eyes, don't flicker your eyebrows, don't show ur teeth, don't make sudden movements, and don't carry anything edible things with you. ;)
