This hawk was hit by a car and suffers brain damage, rendering it unafraid of humans. Its final home is at a rehabilitation facility where it will become an education animal.

Thank you! And it's actually a male. Males are pretty small
Lovely spot klmoore21! So sad she can't be released into the wild but how cool to be able to get so close to such a beautiful bird!
