Although it is not a very detailed picture, I'm basing the species ID on the overall shape of the insect, the fact that they were seen in salt water, and that according to http://www.ices.dk/products/fiche/plankt... only micans is found in the Atlantic. But please correct me if I am wrong; I am by no means an expert.
