Description:

lenght of about 20 30 cm,shiny black piumage with violet and green during the summer time,with te tips of white feathers.During the winter the black and becomes less bright reflections fade.

Habitat:

Native of Eurasia and northern Africa,has been introduced by humans in north America and Australia,also present in Italy,the first sightings dating from the late nineteenth.
