Description:

Medium sized 15mm green and brown shield-stink bug

Habitat:

Suburban garden on Sollya heterophylla - the bluebell creeper from Western Australia

Notes:

To be ID'd ... seemed quite happy on the Sollya heterophylla but was the only one... Sollya heterophylla is now known as Billardiera heterophylla Phyllota Stink Bug (Ocirrhoe dallasi) ?? http://www.brisbaneinsects.com/brisbane_...

This is an adult already and not a nymph, since the wings are fully formed. I cannot find a match and imagine there are numerous similar species, including this one from UK http://www.bugsandweeds.co.uk/bugs.html. This does not belong in the beetle mission as this is limited to Coleoptera.
