Sciurus variegatoides
This squirrel had an orange/brown coloration on the lower portion of its body, a grey coloration on its upper half, and a white face.
I found this squirrel running up and down a tree near Quepos, Costa Rica
This was the first time I had seen a variegated squirrel. I thought it was a crazy squirrel hybrid until I did more research.
