Description:

I am not sure this is a lepidopteran larva. The head is too flat, and it moved in a direct way, not ondulating like most caterpillars do. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get photos of the legs, which would be a good way to tell if it is a caterpillar or a sawfly larva.
