Live oak
Esto si que es un Quercur suber (Alcornoque mediterráneo), gracias PatriciaPi
I don´t think of a quercus, the leaf form is not structured like oak leaves.
parece mas un Quercus
That could be a common walnut tree

But the leaves are very desolate, so I´m not sure.
