A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Lamprolepis smaragdina
Its an arboreal lizard often seen on palm trees , bananas and high trees. Once in a while it goes down to hunt ground worms and insects. Its egg is the size and shape of a regular capsule medicine and white color.
I often seen this lizards near palm swamps lowland forests and even in populated areas where there is an abundance of trees.
