You should add to the Squirrel mission! Lovely spotting. Have never seen one of these before now. I had no idea there was flying squirrel in the U.S.

This was first spotting of these lovely creatures on my neighbors bird feeders with her 3 babies. After a few years absence they came back this year (2011)-again with a bunch of babies. They are so small-the squirrel proof feeders are useless. They are nocturnal -all you have to do is listen for the chirps and watch the feeders move--they don't seem to mind being watched. I was standing right under the feeders. Got some great night shot video-but it's on a tape-can't get it on here.

Is he at a Bird-feeder? Is there a story?
