If you donot mind would you replace disambiguation with Datura sp.? Datura is both common as well as Genus name. In Bangla we say Dhutro, a corruption of the word Datura.
If the flowers are photographed with leaves and fruits (where available) it is much easier to ID. The fruit bodies of Datura, for example, are like spiky balls...absolutely the easiest thing to identify.
