Fat-tailed gecko

Diplodactylus conspicillatus

Description:

Robust gecko with short plump and slightly flattened tail. reticulations and a pale streak from nostril to top of eye. Fawn to dark reddish brown in color with darker flecks.

Habitat:

Open habitats in semi arid to arid areas.

Notes:

Found on a night hike
