Goodenia ovata
An open straggly shrub about 2 m high with sprays of bright well-exposed flowers. Leaves were stalked, slightly egg-shaped and toothed.
Spotted in a reserve. Grows in a variety of habitats from damp to moist soils.
Food plant for caterpillars. I've also frequently spotted bug nymphs on these bushes.
Family: Goodeniaceae
