Description:

Often mistaken for moss, Usneas are used for dye, in cosmetics, as a firestarter, and possibly for medical purposes. However, it is possible that it is toxic in large quantities.

Habitat:

A lone tree in a grassy field. I have to wait until the leaves come back before I can ID the tree
