Saw a cockroach on its back moving its legs. On closer inspection saw that it had some sort of larvae attached to it. Cockroach with parasite, now that's what I call Social Justice! Third photo: Tipped it over and it looks like a juvenile Blatella germanica.

The cockroach is still alive but not very lively. Captured it to see what develops from the parasite.
