You are correct, this is a juvenile. Also called Red-webbed treefrog.
I believe this is a juvenile Masked Treefrog (S. phaeota). Lip line and markings resemble that. Although it could be a Cuban Treefrog.

This is a blind snake from the family Anomalepididae. Caecilians will have annuli rings that encircle the body.
This is a Mabuya becuase it has 2 frontoparietal plates. S. cherriei will have 1 plate.
Nice series, lots of angles to help ID this one. Very similar to P. cerasinus that Ashley mentioned. The disticnt tubercle above the eyes sets these apart.
