no...lol...the picture's kinda fuzzy so it's hard to tell if the leaves are smooth or serated along the edges, but it does look like a common boxwood...they're a very popular landscape hedge here in the u.s. so i'm very familiar with them...look at these and see if they look like the shrub you have there...

yes, that does look like a good match...it sort of resembles valerian as well though valerian's stalk is ribbed...i know i've seen this in "our neck of the woods" as well...if this is close to where you are, i'd be interested to see photos as the season progresses...much easier to i.d. when it blooms...
