Definitely a Bradnt's. Double-crested are orange on the bill, not the throat (also, the color on this bird is not orange).

Looks like it might be an exotic. The hole it protects is likely its nest.

I know this is an old spotting, but that isn't a Blue-throated. It doesn't have enough white behind the eye, and its got too much rufous on the sides. Perhaps it's a Broad-tailed?
