Hemlock species? Would be helpful to have photo of whole tree for scape. Hemlocks can generally be identified by a drooping leader, at least in North America. Where te cones small?
Oyster mushrooms? Growing from decaying wood.

Would you describe the stipe/stem of this mushroom as chalky? Did it break apart easily?
Hmm, what makes you think it could it is Amanita sp.? Amanita sp. are generally characterized by the presence of a universal veil or a volva.
Hi! The ring is technically referred to as a veil. This also had a bulbous stalk base. Great sighting!
