If flower have a diameter of 5-7cm it is Greater periwinkle (Vinca major).
If flowers are smaller (about 2-3cm diameter) it is Lesser periwinkle (Vinca minor)
On a photo the difference is hard to see, but i think it is Lesser periwinkle

It is a plant from the genus 'Rhododendron'. Species is harder to determine..
