A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Cindyloohoo, I'm not sure if it's the same caterpillar...
the one in the pic doesn't have the spots of the one of your suggestion.
besides the Papilio troilus has two marks in the neck, and this one doesn't.
There's a strange thing, when we first spotted them there were only 4 eggs, 2 whites and 2 spotted, the next day there were 6 of them like in the picture.
We are thrilled because we can't explain who is it possible that 2 more eggs appeared, and they 1 white and 1 spotted
Sergio Monteiro, I don't think they are cuckoo eggs though, I believe there aren't cuckoos in Mexico, so it has to be a similar bird.
Ava T-B, Done! thank you, hope you can help me identify the birds, i believe they are 2 different types of birds. the one who laid the white ones and the spotted ones.
thanks!! :) I'll change it
oh thanks! :D i'm afraid that i'm not longer in the place i took the photo, so i guess, i'll have to wait to someone who can identify it.
Sure!!! :D thanks!
Dane: I know, I think is a really cool idea to have a community garden :)
Dave: yep, what type of lettuce is?
thanks! :D
Thanks for the suggestions! :D
