I'd say Tall Morning Glory; Ipomoea purpurea; cultivar Crimson Rambler.

More likely Scabiosa columbaria.

Indeed a morning glory. Not Ipomoea pes-caprea though. The flower's color is off and the leaves are palmate. It's Ipomoea cairica.
