Looks like a centipede.
I think it is some type of aloe.
Oops. I looked at your picture again and I think it's apple.
Actually, I just remembered the ornamental cherry tree in my backyard (It's winter right now, so no blossoms) and the blossoms on that look almost identical to your picture. So, it's most likely cherry.

I know for sure that that is a Grafted Cactus because I have one that looks EXACTLY like yours!
Honestly, I've seen those flowers before, but I don't remember what they're called. I think they are some type of winter flower.
I think it's a Cackling Goose because of the small beak that tells that it is not a Canada Goose.
