It is definitely a White-throated Sparrow. You can see the yellow lores and well defined white throat patch.

My guess would be either Creeping Bellflower or Ladybells. They look almost identical. However, if this was not in a garden, I would lean toward Creeping Bellflower given their status as an aggressive, invasive exotic.

This is the second time I've found remains of a Red-shouldered Hawk on this tract of land (the first was a large collection of feathers spread out, almost in a trail). In this area, the most likely culprits are Red Fox or Barred Owls.

I agree. You can almost see the black bib of the male House Sparrow.
