Well... they're cerata, not gills, but they're what it uses to breathe.
It's a silly sounding name, but a sensible one... "Nudi" (from the Latin word meaning naked), and "branch" (from the Latin word for gills). The feathery structures you see protruding from the creature are it's gills, so "naked gills" is a pretty apt characteristic to name it after.
Possibly Forficula auricularia
A female, judging by the relatively straight abdominal forceps.
